Rules of Procedure of the Bulgarian Nuclear Regulatory Agency
The Regulatory guides provide guidance on the application of the requirements set by the Act on the Safe Use of Nuclear Energy. Their purpose is to help consumers understand the criteria that the regulator uses when evaluating the set of documents for safety justification of facilities and activities or safety practices. The guidelines are of a recommendatory nature. The application of other approaches and criteria for safety justification by consumers is acceptable when there is sufficient confidence in the regulatory body regarding the safety status.
